An Afternoon of Cowboy Music & Poetry
Saturday September 9th, 2017
from 3 -5pm
Got bounce in yer step and can you bust a rhyme?
C’mon down to our place, we’re doin’ it all the time.
We’ll have cowboys and poets and musicians down here,
and for us history buffs, it seems pretty clear
That the “old cowboy ways” aren’t just part of the past,
and the love for that life – well, that’s going to last.
It’s a cowboy music and poetry show.
Lots of others will come, are you going to go?
We’ll have seats on hay bales, sell drinks and some snackage,
and for ten or twelve bucks, it’s a helluva package.
So if you’ve got the time, we’ve got the place.
C’mon down, buy a ticket – there’s plenty of space.
Just watch for our lineup – we’ll put it in rhyme.
Don’t worry, check back ‘cuz there’s still lots of time.
So put on yer hat and dust off yer boots,
we recommend jeans, instead of a suit.
If you have any questions, well that is just great.
Please give us a call – 363.3338
Climb on up on yer horse (or just get in your car),
we’re at the Museum, it’s not very far.
We’re on Bedford and Third, right next to the “pokey.”
We’ll save ya a spot on the lawn. Okey dokey?
